A comprehensive overview and introduction to Back on Track Facilitator Course is held on Day 3 following Support Group Leader Certification Training in most locations. Class is held from 9 AM to 2 PM and lunch is provided. To complete the certification and obtain 15 CEU's, participants are required to also participate in our 8-week telephonic course which includes an actual class followed each week by additional facilitator instruction.
Partcipants will receive Back on Track Facilitator Guidebook, Kit, and Participant set. There is no prerequisit, however BSCI Certified Support Group Leaders save $100 and Intro to Coaching Skills Course is strongly recommended.

This New Edition of our Back on Track Facilitator Guidebook has been re-designed to better assist Back on Track Facilitators utilize coaching questions and techniques for improved participation and individual success. Includes a new Administrative CD and customizable ads and post card.
BSCI is pleased to offer a Telephonic 8 week Back On Certification Course. This advanced course is recommended for hospital and doctor based programs as well as independent contractors who desire to provide structured program for struggling bariatric patients. Employees of BSCI's Affiliated Hospital Programs, BSCI Instructors, and Back on Track Licensees are required to complete this course.
This course includes: Facilitator guidebook, teaching aids and lesson materials, Back on Track participant set and BSCI Membership. The comprehensive 8-week Telephonic Facilitator Training includes an introductory class on week one which provides information on the use of the facilitator guidebook, lesson materials, administrative tools and overview. Week 2—7 includes participation in an actual Back On Track Class, followed by a facilitator debriefing and additional training each week. Week 8 provides additional administrative and organizational information, as well as sales and marketing planning and development guidelines.
