If you are a weight loss patients who is struggling with an extended plateau or have regained weight this program has been designed for you. Since 1999, BSCI has provided this Back On Track program for struggling bariatric patients.
This Back on Track package includes: Goal Getting, Exchanging Habits, Strength-n-Sculpt, Kick Start Program, Maintenance Mentality Booklets and Back On Track Tracker. Set also includes a 6-week self-guided program to help you make the most of these new resources. And for non members, it also includes 3 months of membership with BSCI and access to our Back On Track online resources.
Participants must have the following materials: Back On Track booklets including: Goal Getting, Exchanging Habits, Strength-n-Sculpt, Kick Start, and Maintenance Mentality booklets; Back on TrackTracker; Assignment Guide and seminar access code. GoWearFit Armbands and a Body Knowledge Assessment are encouraged, but not required.

This booklet contains insightful information, detailed instructions, shopping list, menus, food diaries and everything you need to re-gain control as you work to reach and maintain your weight loss goals.
